panorama shots research
The idea I eventually chose for my project is a panorama shot. I feel this is the best sort of shot to convey the message i want to get across. I have also been experimenting with shutter speeds varying from using high shutter speeds and capturing light in a different way to using lower shutter speeds.
Main project ideas - brainstorm
Photography module
Ideas for main task
time lapse
- living room? – quite a lot of action in the living room/kitchen of my house people walking in and out, watching tv, cooking dinner, general nuisance
- - garden? – wildlife? Animal movements, birds/pigeons, extreme close ups to trees/leaves? Weather change, day/night sunset, rain? Slow shutter speeds to capture depth and darkness of clouds.
- - night time time lapse – fireworks!! Bonfire night capturing lights in the sky, star movement?
- - car journey? – motorway journey home, train journeys/general train station activity of passengers
- - football match – from behind goal, movement of players also weather will change throughout
panorama shots
- - inside house – bedroom, potentially boring?
- - football match – lack of uniqueness, been done before? Too common
- - fireworks – time issue? Only in November?
- - farm? Field – if can find the right focal point can be a very good effective shot. One tree surrounded by a lot of grass etc.
- - golf course/club – interesting and different to standard shots we see
- - bimringham town – ethical issues? Permission?
- - Worcester town – ethical issues and permission?
- - Train station - different and new?
